SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF USE

            Othram, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“our,” “us”, or “we”), provides certain services through our website Total Treecall, available at totaltreecall.com (“Total Treecall”).  These Total Treecall Supplemental Terms of Use (these “Total Treecall Supplemental Terms”) govern your use of, and access to, Total Treecall and supplement, but do not replace, our Global Terms of Use (the “Global Terms”).  By (1) browsing, registering for, logging into, using, benefitting from, or otherwise interacting with, Total Treecall or (2) manifesting your assent in any other manner, your use of Total Treecall is subject to these Total Treecall Supplemental Terms and the Global Terms.  In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between these Total Treecall Supplemental Terms and the Global Terms, these Total Treecall Supplemental Terms shall control.  All capitalized terms used but not defined in these Total Treecall Supplemental Terms have the definitions given to such terms in the Global Terms.

1.              Scope.  Total Treecall is a platform where qualifying users may be tasked with building family trees (or parts of family trees) using publicly available information.  All information you provide to us through, or as part of, Total Treecall is “Contributed Information.”  Contributed Information is not intended to include information derived from, or related to, any person’s (i) DNA, (ii) DNA profile, or (iii) other genetic information subject to state, federal, or international genetic information privacy laws.

2.              Contributor Program. You may apply for participation in, and if approved by us, have the opportunity to participate in, Total Treecall and provide Contributed Information (the “Contributor Program”).  Your application for, and participation in, the Contributor Program is governed by the Total Treecall Contributor Agreement.

3.              User Submissions.  All Contributed Information shall be considered User Submissions.  Othram reserves all rights to Contributed Information applicable to User Submissions.  Any Contributed Information you provide to Total Treecall must meet the requirements and standards applicable to User Submissions set forth in the Global Terms.

4.              Personal Information.  Contributed Information may include “Personal Information” (including your bank account information) as that term is defined in the Global Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”).  To understand how Othram collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information in connection with Total Treecall, please review the Privacy Notice.  The Privacy Notice further explains how you may exercise your rights over your Personal Information.
